We provide bed and breakfast accommodation at Richmond Villa, a large Georgian house, ideally situated on the North Devon coast and a perfect base for sightseeing and relaxation - with alternative, beauty and complementary treatments available if required - there is no obligation to have any treatments and therapies during your stay, but we are sure you will be tempted and it is best to book in advance to avoid disappointment!

Richmond Villa occupies a superb location overlooking Northam Burrows at the western part of England's first Biosphere, recognised by UNESCO and home to the Royal North Devon Gulf Club Course, close to the small resort of Westward Ho! famed for its Pebble Ridge and wide sandy beach. You could stay over with us and go to Lundy Island to see the abundant wild life and swim with the seals, or spend time at the nearby outdoor activity centre, Skern Lodge.

Peaceful location tucked behind farmhouse overlooking fields and the village of Northam. Just a pleasant approx 10 minute level walk brings you to the local pub and a five minute drive to the fishing village of Appledore with its pubs, restaurants. Westward Ho!, with its wide sandy beach, Royal North Devon golf course and entertainments, is also a short distance beyond.

Accommodation, which is arranged on three floors, is comfortably furnished and well equipped throughout. Two bedrooms - first floor double with beams, leaded light windows and delightful views, and twin bedded attic room (access via steep wooden staircase) on the second floor, with sloping ceilings, 5’9” height clearance in apex. Beamed first floor bathroom/wc with elec shower and sloping ceilings. Cosy living/dining room with colour TV and DVD player. Kitchenette area off with elec cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, auto washing machine and tumble dryer. Open plan stairs to first floor. Outside the property is a sheltered suntrap sitting out area with garden furniture and barbecue provided. Off road private parking available in front of main house (75 yds distant) – unloading permitted close to property.
